What to expect during your remote consultation

Our remote consultations are designed to be thorough and effective. During your session, our GP will carefully listen to your concerns, discuss your symptoms and provide a clear diagnosis. This includes advice, prescriptions (where appropriate), and sick notes if needed. We aim to provide comprehensive care, just as we would in person.

Pricing

A standard Video or Phone Consultation is £100.

This fee covers your diagnosis, discussion, and management plan.

Important Note: Should Dr M determine that a physical examination is necessary after your remote consultation, we will arrange for you to visit the clinic. An additional charge of £50 will apply for this in-person examination. We will always discuss this with you clearly beforehand, ensuring you understand any additional costs.

What do I need?


You will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a microphone with WhatsApp downloaded. This is where your chats, files and calls will be.
For video consultations, please make sure your device has a camera.

Can I get a prescription or sick note from a remote consultation?


Yes, where medically appropriate, Dr M can issue private prescriptions and sick notes during your remote consultation. Prescriptions can be sent directly to your chosen pharmacy.

What if I need a physical examination after my remote consultation?

If Dr M determines a physical examination is necessary for a complete assessment, we will arrange for you to visit the clinic. An additional £50 charge will apply for the follow-up in-person visit.
